Video Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly creative and organized Video Lead to take full ownership of all video advertisements and performance-driven video content across platforms. This is a key leadership role responsible for producing high-impact video ads, managing end-to-end video production, and collaborating with creators, influencers, and external partners to drive growth and engagement.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping our visual storytelling and video performance strategy while ensuring all content aligns with brand goals, performance metrics, and creative direction.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine video concepts, scripts, and storyboards, creating project timelines and budgets.
  • Organize and manage the production process, including casting, location scouting, scheduling, and equipment procurement.
  • Hire, lead, and collaborate with a team of videographers, editors, sound engineers, and other production professionals.
  • Oversee video shoots, ensuring the creative vision is executed effectively.
  • Supervise the editing process, including video and audio editing, color correction, and visual effects.
  • Review and approve video drafts at various stages, providing feedback and revisions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with clients, creative directors, and other stakeholders to understand their requirements, provide project updates, and address any concerns or feedback.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in film, video production, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in video production and project management, with a focus on ads, digital marketing, or content marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of video production techniques, equipment, and software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
