The role we are hiring for involves developing automated test scripts using Selenium, leveraging scripting languages such as Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, Ruby, and PHP.

A successful candidate will have hands-on functional testing experience with applications like Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Oracle Cloud Fusion and Financials.

The ideal candidate will also have strong analytical skills, with the ability to improve existing test automation strategies and processes. Additionally, they will be able to drive automation adoption and productivity improvement through automation.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with development and QA teams across shores, defining efficient methods to create test automation frameworks, and ensuring continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines include automated testing.

Other key responsibilities include mentoring and training team members on best practices in test automation, creating detailed documentation for testing strategies and processes, and driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications include 12+ years of experience in software testing and test automation, 3+ years of experience working as a Test Lead and driving improvements, mandatory experience with Selenium testing web, Mobile and APIs, experience in mobile automation using tools like Appium, proven experience in designing test automation frameworks using various scripless automation tools including but not limited to Tosca, Test Complete, Robot Framework, and strong understanding of CI/CD processes.
