Lead Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled architect with expertise in designing commercial, industrial and institutional buildings. The ideal candidate will hold a Master's degree in Architecture and have 5+ years of hands-on experience in delivering projects independently from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end design process for commercial, industrial and institutional building projects.
  • Develop conceptual designs, working drawings, 3D models and technical documentation.
  • Manage project planning, client interactions and consultant coordination independently.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure designs meet regulatory and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors and consultants to deliver projects within timelines and budgets.
  • Research and implement innovative materials, design trends and sustainable architecture practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Architecture (M.Arch) from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural design, preferably across commercial, industrial and institutional sectors.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop and MS Office.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulatory approvals and construction practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and client-handling skills.
