Job Details

About the Role:

  • MIS Management of Claims, Audit IT Development.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Prepare detailed excel reports on a monthly basis.

  • Survey Deputation and maintain appropriate reserves at various intervals in a claim.

  • Regularly follow up and Update status in the core system.

  • Process commercial claims especially Property, efficiently.

  • Maintain an inventory of claim files and prepare outstanding lists for analysis.

  • Manage the Time and Attendance of claims to ensure targeted disposal of claims.

  • Manage ageing of claims for controlled disposal and restrict spill over in higher age bands.

  • Resolve any challenges that arise and manage amicable disposal of claims.

  • Generate reports from the system for analysis and maintain relevant masters in respect to Surveyors.

  • Frequently follow up with IT for systems issues and other administrative work.

  • Collaborate as Business Analyst with the IT Team for new applications and IT developments.

  • Develop comprehensive reports for Internal and External Audit requirements.
