Qualifications
  • M.Sc. in Chemistry or a related field with a strong emphasis on organic chemistry.
  • Alternatively, an M. Pharma with a specialization in Organic Synthesis and relevant laboratory experience.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project milestones.
Skills
  • Excellent knowledge of reaction mechanisms, name reactions, and functional group transformations.
  • Good understanding of fundamental chemical concepts such as molarity, normality, and equivalency.
  • Familiarity with analytical techniques including NMR, IR, and mass spectrometry.
  • Proficiency in laboratory techniques like thin-layer chromatography and column purification.
