Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled AI researcher to join our team and contribute to the development of next-generation speech recognition systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience with speech AI models, strong understanding of NLP techniques, and ability to analyze telecom metadata. Additionally, they will be proficient in Python and experienced in PyTorch or TensorFlow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement real-time voice-to-text pipelines using Whisper, wav2vec2, Deep Speech, or custom speech models.
  • Develop fraud detection logic based on transcribed speech, keywords, and intent patterns.
  • Integrate telecom call metadata to generate multi-signal fraud scores.
  • Optimize model pipelines for low-latency mobile inference (TFLite, ONNX, quantization).
  • Collaborate with engineers to analyze call behavior patterns.

Requirements:

  • Experience with speech AI/ASR models like Whisper, wav2vec2, Deep Speech, Kaldi, or Silero.
  • Strong understanding of NLP techniques for fraud detection.
  • Ability to extract and analyze telecom metadata.
  • Hands-on experience optimizing models using TFLite, ONNX, and applying quantization for on-device inference.
  • Proficient in Python and experienced in PyTorch or TensorFlow.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
  • Specialization or thesis work in speech processing, ASR, telecom analytics, or applied NLP preferred.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing real-world speech/NLP applications, open-source contributions, or peer-reviewed publications.
  • Alumni of top institutions or equivalent global research programs highly valued.
