Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Azure Data Engineer to join our elite team. As a key member, you will demonstrate integrity, compassion, and curiosity for solving complex problems in the healthcare industry.

As an accomplished software engineer, you will provide technical expertise on an agile development team, designing and delivering a next-generation healthcare data and analytics platform.

You will bring deep experience in data-intensive and distributed systems to design creative solutions and collaborate with your team.

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain data-intensive applications using Java, Azure or AWS, Databricks, Spark, relational and non-relational data storage, APIs.
  • Collaborate with product owners, systems analysts, and software engineers to deliver against an agile roadmap.
  • Work with architects and other software engineers to evaluate functional and non-functional requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of designing and implementing Java-based applications
  • 1-2 years' experience in Azure or AWS
  • 1-2 years' experience in Databricks
  • 1-2 years' experience in Spark
  • 1-2 years' experience in Snowflake
  • Working knowledge of RESTful APIs
  • 2+ years of relational and non-relational database delivery
  • 2+ years of experience in Agile Delivery
  • 1+ years in DevOps Automation tools (Oozie, Python, Jenkins etc.)
