Product Vision and Leadership

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner who can lead the product vision for Greenway-based solutions.

About the Role:

  • Develop a comprehensive product roadmap that addresses RCM workflows, including Insurance & Eligibility, Claims, and Billing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and engineering teams to gather and prioritize requirements.
  • Communicate clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria aligned with business needs.
  • Ensure product features meet RCM workflow demands and align with compliance, usability, and business goals.
Required Skills and Experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in healthcare technology.
  • Strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Practice Management systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Greenway Health solutions (Greenway Insights, Clearinghouse Services, Validation Engine preferred).
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies with proven experience in backlog management and sprint planning.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with data-driven decision making.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with EHR/EMR platforms and integrations.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, ICD-10, CPT, HL7, FHIR standards.
  • Certifications in CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or Agile frameworks.
