Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Associate to join our team at Oceaneering. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing SCM support to the corporate SCM and other regional SCM groups, working under supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generate MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  2. Ensure that assigned tasks are completed with the required quality and within the specified schedule.
  3. Understand and comply with SCM processes, including the generation, confirmation, and expedite of purchase orders.
  4. Analyze stock levels and raise inter-unit stock transfer orders to other business units as needed.
  5. Maintain accurate records and trackers for finalized purchase orders.
  6. Resolve invoice and requisition anomalies in a timely and efficient manner.
  7. Perform receipt against POs to ensure accurate tracking and exception reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as science, commerce, or computer applications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, with the ability to apply advanced features and formulas.
  • Desirable skills include knowledge of Purchasing, Inventory, and SCM functions, as well as experience with SAP or Oracle SCM modules.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
