Secure high-profile delegates and business leaders to attend our flagship events by building strong relationships, communicating the benefits of attendance, and ensuring a seamless experience. As a Client Acquisition Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering a high-quality audience for our sponsors and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage with high-level executives, VIP delegates, and buyers through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
• Explain the event program and secure delegate attendance, focusing on VIPs who can drive meaningful connections for our clients.
• Book delegates to attend the event at no cost to them, ensuring they are fully briefed and prepared for a successful experience.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and bookings in the CRM system, facilitating effective collaboration with sales and operations teams.
• Represent the company professionally, serving as a trusted point of contact for high-profile attendees and fostering long-term partnerships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• 1-2 years B2B sales experience
• Proven experience in client acquisition, sales, business development, or relationship management within events, exhibitions, or conferences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling engagement with senior-level professionals and C-level executives.
• Confidence in speaking with decision-makers, combined with target-driven negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
