Bioinformatics Expert

About this Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bioinformatics Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of biological systems and a strong background in data analysis.

• We are looking for someone with expertise in multi-omics data types (single-cell, proteomics, metabolomics) and experience in clinical projects.
• The successful candidate will be able to analyze high-dimensional omics data, develop scalable solutions, and communicate effectively with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse multi-omics biological data to derive relevant insights using state-of-the-art statistical methods.
• Innovate to develop and optimize tools, pipelines, and algorithms for the analysis and visualization of multi-omics biological data.

Requirements:

• PhD (with 0-2 years of relevant experience) or Masters (with 3-5 years of relevant experience) in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biotechnology or related technical discipline.
• Proven expertise in processing and analyzing omics data using predefined/custom end-to-end analysis workflows.
• Proficient in a programming language used for data analysis such as Python or R.
