  • Program Management: Drive timelines, budgets, and resource allocations across engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, and quality teams
  • Project Coordination: Ensure seamless collaboration between design engineers and suppliers for Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and high product yield
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly interface with OEMs, PCB design houses, and vendors to ensure project plans are updated periodically and plans put in place to avoid execution delays
  • Risk Mitigation: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and risk mitigation plans
  • Execution Excellence: Drive execution excellence with clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and regular program reviews
  • Change Control: Manage change control and documentation for design revisions and process updates
  • Communication: Provide timely updates to stakeholders, vendors, and leadership
  • Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate with regulatory certification agencies to develop plan for product certification and drive schedule to meet product launch timelines
  • Delivery Ownership: Own end-to-end delivery of embedded products including hardware design, firmware integration, validation, certification, and manufacturing readiness
  • Product Alignment: Work closely with embedded software and systems teams to ensure product functionality aligns with hardware constraints and timelines
  • Integration and Quality: Collaborate with hardware and firmware engineers to validate integration, resolve technical blockers, and maintain quality standards
