Digital Transformation Expertise
SCG is seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Officer to drive innovation and efficiency in our India operations. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for process digitalization, implementing automation and data-driven tools, and collaborating with business units to improve user adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Identification: Identify opportunities for process digitalization and develop strategies to implement change.
- Automation and Integration: Support the implementation of automation, ERP, and data-driven tools to improve operational efficiency.
- User Adoption: Collaborate with business units to improve user adoption and ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
- Project Management: Track digital project KPIs and report progress to stakeholders.
- Technology Research: Research emerging technologies relevant to SCG and identify opportunities for innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Engineering.
- 0-3 years of experience in digital or innovation roles; new graduates are welcome.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, process mapping, or digital tools.
- Strong problem-solving and project coordination skills.
