Job Title: Cloud Data Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Data Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, including S3, Lambda, EC2, RDS, Glue, and Redshift.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes using AWS services. They will also work with SQL databases for data modeling, queries, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Pipeline Development: Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using AWS services.\
  • ETL Process Management: Develop and manage ETL processes using AWS services.\
  • SQL Database Management: Work with SQL databases for data modeling, queries, and performance optimization.\
  • AWS Service Optimization: Implement and optimize solutions using AWS services such as S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, RDS, and EC2.\
  • Data Security and Compliance: Ensure data security, reliability, and compliance within cloud environments.\
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and application developers to enable advanced analytics and reporting.\
  • Troubleshooting and Monitoring: Troubleshoot, optimize, and monitor data workflows and cloud resources.\
  • Documentation: Maintain documentation of system architecture, processes, and best practices.\

  • AWS Certification: AWS Certification (Solutions Architect, Developer, or Data Analytics – Associate/Professional).\
  • AWS Cloud Services Experience: Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (S3, Lambda, EC2, RDS, Glue, Redshift, IAM).\
  • Python Programming Skills: Strong programming skills in Python (data handling, APIs, automation).\
  • SQL Knowledge: Solid knowledge of SQL (queries, joins, stored procedures, performance tuning).\
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.\
