Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management professional to design, implement, and maintain secure IAM solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management with significant hands-on practice building and operating SailPoint solutions.

  • Design, implement, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow solutions: provisioning, lifecycle automation (Joiner-Mover-Leaver), access certifications, and self-service capabilities.
  • Develop and automate end-to-end CI/CD pipelines to deploy SailPoint configurations, connectors, workflows, and rules across development, testing, and production environments.
  • Build custom connectors/integrations to enterprise systems, APIs, and identity protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in CI/CD and DevOps practices, implementing automated pipelines to support code migration and deployments.
  • Technical fluency in scripting and development (Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, Shell), and integration with directory services, cloud platforms, and APIs.
  • Solid working knowledge of IAM lifecycle processes—Joiner/Mover/Leaver, RBAC modeling, access certifications—and regulatory compliance considerations.
