Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated PCS/BESS Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and modification work for our PCS/BESS products.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong technical background in the energy storage industry, and experience with power distribution diagrams and user manuals. If you are self-motivated, able to plan in ambiguous situations, and biased towards action, we would love to hear from you.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support, maintenance, and modification work for PCS/BESS products on-site and remotely.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide customers to handle simple faults by themselves.
  • Manage on-site spare parts, track and manage inventory to ensure normal operation of units.
  • Maintain customer relationships, communicate effectively with customers, and organize feedback.
  • Learn and understand the working principle of company products, familiarize with power distribution diagrams and user manuals, and provide simple training to customers.
  • Comply with departmental rules and report work on time.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong technical background in the energy storage industry.
  • Experience with power distribution diagrams and user manuals.
  • Excellent knowledge of PCS/BESS products and their applications.
