**Job Title:** Semiconductor Yield Manager
Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of yield management strategies for our semiconductor operations. The successful candidate will have expertise in data analysis, statistical techniques, and process control.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. A proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions that improve product quality and reduce costs is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement yield management strategies that drive business growth and profitability
- Lead cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve complex technical issues
- Collaborate with process engineers and equipment suppliers to optimize manufacturing processes
- Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders to present findings and recommendations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years' experience in semiconductor industry, with specific experience in E-test/Wafer Sort
- Proven structured problem-solving skills using 8D and other methods
- Familiarity with statistical techniques and data visualization tools
- Experience with process modules and metrology/defect inspection tools
- Basic knowledge of AI/ML principles
