The Managed Investment Team works within the broader IPAS Team in Private Banking, conducting research, developing valuation frameworks, and cross-asset allocation models. The team provides data-driven decision making alongside the Quant team to support our investment strategies.

As a Managed Investment Strategist, you will participate in the full value chain of mutual funds and alternative investments business, supporting fund product due diligence and analysis. You will be responsible for ongoing fund product review, platform maintenance, and enhancement, taking ownership of commentaries, chart packs, and quarterly reports.

You will create data-driven decision making frameworks for valuations and cross-asset allocation, analyse large data sets to identify trends and patterns, and conduct research on various markets and asset classes. You will collaborate with other team members to identify and prioritize investment opportunities and risks.

This role requires a strong understanding of mutual funds and alternatives, financial markets, and investment concepts. You should have solid knowledge of fund operation, dealing, regulatory, and compliance in Asia region. Basic programming skills in languages such as Python or R are essential, along with experience in data analysis and writing macro commentaries.
