This role will involve collaborating closely with engineering teams to identify automation opportunities and develop solutions that meet the needs of our business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
- Analyze and optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce defects.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
- Contribute to the development of quality automation suites and harnesses.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in testing automation engineering in a large corporate environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Proven knowledge of BDD, TDD, Maven, Jenkins, Git, Cucumber, Cypress, Selenium, Java, and Python.
- Familiarity with relational database queries.
Desired Experience:
- Relevant certifications.
- Healthcare experience.
- Exposure to Angular, NodeJS, Python, AWS, and ETL.
