Chief Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated individual to manage the accounting function of our organization.
- Maintain accurate financial records and perform day-to-day accounting tasks.
- Handle sales, purchase entries, and billing efficiently to ensure timely payments.
- Prepare and manage GST reconciliation & filing in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure the timely preparation and finalization of Balance Sheets to support business decision-making.
- Manage statutory compliances including TDS, PF, EPS, and other regulatory requirements.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to maintain accuracy in financial reporting.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions to optimize cash flow.
- Utilize Bizzy Accounting Software for all accounting tasks to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Proven experience as a Senior Accountant with a strong track record of performance.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, including GAAP and IFRS, as well as tax laws and regulations.
- Hands-on experience with Bizzy software or similar accounting tools to streamline accounting processes.
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of accounting operations, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
