Job Title: Database Solutions Architect

We are seeking a skilled Database Solutions Architect with expertise in designing, optimizing and managing complex database systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of database architecture, data modeling, and performance optimization. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable and secure database solutions to support business growth and meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop robust database architectures to meet business needs.
  • Optimize database performance through indexing, query tuning, and partitioning strategies.
  • Ensure data security, compliance, backup, and disaster recovery procedures are in place.
  • Develop and maintain ETL pipelines to support business intelligence and analytics workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate databases with APIs, CRMs, and external systems.
  • Monitor database health, troubleshoot issues, and improve system reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Expertise in SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL, etc.) with strong understanding of data modeling and normalization.
  • Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB, etc.) with knowledge of document and key-value stores.
  • Strong proficiency in scripting languages (Python, SQL) for automation and data processing.
  • Knowledge of cloud database services and experience with DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
