Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain Oracle databases on UNIX with a focus on Exadata and Oracle Enterprise Manager.
  • Provide database administration services for Exadata, Oracle 11g, 12c, and above in clustered environments such as Oracle Clusterware.
  • Implement and support Oracle migrations and upgrades, including environments using Oracle Dataguard.
  • Perform database performance tuning and capacity planning.
  • Have knowledge on recovery appliances such as ZDLRA & ZFS.
  • Have knowledge on Oracle Exadata Architecture and its features usage.
  • Have Exadata DMA capabilities to manage Exadata & its components, storage, identify faulty components, hardware replacement, Exacheck, Exawatcher & sundiag report.
