We seek a meticulous QA Manual Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of software applications, particularly those integrated with Marketing Cloud.

  1. Develop detailed manual test cases and test plans based on requirements and user stories for Marketing Cloud data.
  2. Perform functional regression integration UI and exploratory testing of software applications.
  3. Identify document and report defects in the issue tracking system, collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution.
  4. Participate in requirement analysis and design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems related to Marketing Cloud interactions.
  5. Work closely with the QA automation team to identify test cases for automation and provide manual testing support where necessary.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  7. Provide feedback on usability and advocate for the end-user experience.
  8. Document and provide clear reports on testing activities and project quality status.
  9. Follow established QA Best Practices.
  10. Create positive and negative test cases following provided requirements.
  11. Set correctly the priority, root cause, and assignee for all reported issues, updating the issue when new relevant information is received.
  12. Identify missing information and request clarification.
  13. Use internal collaborative tools to gather and learn information about the tools, technologies, and testing methods necessary for everyday work.
  14. Help less experienced QA team members foster a culture of quality and attention to detail.
  15. Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role, with a focus on manual testing of software applications, including those integrated with Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience in creating and executing detailed manual test cases and test plans, specifically for Marketing Cloud functionalities.
  • Familiarity with software development and QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in documenting and troubleshooting errors.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes.
  • Fluency in English.
