Senior Creative Visionary for Large-Scale Video Productions

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define Visual Identity: Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity, style, and tone for the project.
  • Oversee Daily Output: Ensure high-quality and brand-aligned output across multiple units with operational excellence.
  • Create Playbooks: Develop guidelines and workflows for scalable video production.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work with directors, producers, and cinematographers to bring concepts to life.
  • Lead Design/Production Teams: Lead and mentor large design/production teams, ensuring creative excellence.
  • Balance Artistic Direction: Balance artistic direction with timelines, budgets, and high-volume execution.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 4–6 years in art direction for film, ads, or large video productions.
  • Strong Portfolio: Showcase branded content and e-commerce video work.
  • Multi-Studio Operations: Proven ability to manage multi-studio/multi-location operations.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and storytelling skills.
  • Creative Ambition: Expertise in balancing creative ambition with operational efficiency.
