As a highly skilled SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) consultant, you will play a key role in implementing complex projects and delivering top-quality results.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, IT development teams, and business users at the consulting level to drive project implementation forward.
  • Design, configure, develop, and customize using SAP BTP to ensure seamless system integration, reliability, performance, and security.
  • Work closely with SAP technical consultants to deliver, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance SAP functionality, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Monitor and identify business risks, inefficiencies, issues, and opportunities related to technical aspects of implementation to minimize their impact.
  • Manage complex developments or guide developers to achieve delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Train and transfer knowledge to other team members to promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Recognize the potential impacts of changes and perform due diligence before making any changes, thoroughly testing solutions before implementing them to avoid reworks.
  • Responsible for designing technical solutions prior to project implementation to ensure that they meet the needs of stakeholders.
  • Ensure the quality of technical implementation and minimize rework after deployment to optimize project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Must have over 4-5 years of experience working with SAP BTP, with at least 3-4 years in a consulting environment.
  • Highly preferred candidates should have hands-on experience with BPA, CAPM, Fiori, and UI5, as well as strong experience in HANA and/or S4HANA developments.
  • Advantageous to have Cloud Application Program Model (CAPM) experience and works with SAP development tools and technologies.
  • More than 3-4 years of experience working in a technical team for project delivery and at least 3-4 years in a consulting environment as a Technical Developer.
  • Experience in SAP project implementation in S4 HANA and providing information/advice to team regarding best practices, industry trends, and feedback on process and tool performance.
  • Keep up-to-date with latest technologies and tools and evangelize their value within development teams.
  • Experience in working in a consulting environment is preferred.
