Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Workday Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, integrating, and maintaining Workday HCM cloud solutions. This includes developing new features in Workday Extend, providing support for AMS/AD, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and integrate Workday HCM cloud solutions, including data migrations and development in Workday Extend.
  • Provide support for Workday HCM (Benefits, Recruiting, Absence, Payroll) and Workday Extend based on project scope and business requirements.
  • Maintain and enhance existing solutions in Workday Extend, including impact due to release management.
  • Demonstrate and prototype leading solutions to stakeholders, including new customers.
  • Develop and maintain Workday reporting and BIRT, HCM, EIB.
  • Ensure timely resolution of Workday tickets with excellent customer service attitude.
  • Support major releases, identifying impact and enhancement opportunities associated with new releases.
  • Collaborate with junior team members to provide technical guidance and support existing engagements.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have experience in Workday HCM cloud solutions, including implementation, integration, and maintenance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proficiency in Workday Extend, BIRT, and HCM is required.
