Job Title:

SAP RPA Automation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned SAP RPA developer with hands-on expertise in UiPath Process Automation Development and strong background in technology architecture.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders to streamline processes, ensure compliance, and deliver measurable business value through automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, deploy, and manage UiPath-based RPA solutions for efficient process automation.
  • Partner with business process owners to identify automation opportunities and define RPA use cases for maximum benefits.
  • Analyze, re-engineer, and improve processes to maximize automation potential.
  • Oversee development, testing, and implementation of automated solutions with IT teams.
  • Ensure RPA governance, monitoring, and change management for scalability and compliance.
  • Track and report RPA program success metrics to stakeholders regularly.
  • Provide technical guidance on issue resolution, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of bots.
  • Integrate automated solutions properly with systems such as UiPath Orchestrator, APIs, databases, and browser-based applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for knowledge transfer, adoption, and training on RPA solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of industry experience with proven track record of leading RPA programs in enterprise environments.
  • Mandatory skills: Hands-on expertise in UiPath Process Automation Development, Proficiency with UiPath Orchestrator integration, Strong knowledge of process analysis, specification, and solution design.
  • Familiarity with source control systems (Git, Stash, Perforce) and best practices.
  • Experience with browser-based, REST API applications, and database automation.
  • Knowledge of SAP automation is an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills with ability to work across teams and executive leadership.
