Lead AI Development Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional AI development specialist to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge generative AI architectures, algorithms, and frameworks. This is a critical role in shaping our organization's AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative AI solutions by building and integrating AI models into existing systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies like LangChain and Haystack.
  • Preprocess and analyze data for use in AI models, ensuring high-quality inputs.
  • Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and stakeholders to drive AI model development and deployment.
  • Test and deploy AI models, monitoring their performance and optimizing them for improved results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced programming skills in Python, preferably using popular AI libraries.
  • Strong understanding of generative AI, natural language processing (NLP), and large language models (LLMs).
  • Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and vector databases.
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries, including LangChain and Haystack.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with cloud computing platforms for deploying and managing AI models.
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices for scalable and reliable AI model deployment.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices for automating AI model development and deployment.
