**Responsibilities and Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Sound knowledge of IELTS exam structure and scoring criteria
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Passion for teaching and ability to connect with students
• Patience and ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles and tailor teaching methods accordingly
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Demonstrate subject matter expertise and deliver engaging IELTS training sessions
• Design and develop curriculum materials for IELTS preparation
• Evaluate student progress and performance through regular assessments
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to support student improvement
• Create a positive and motivating learning environment for students
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methodologies and strategies
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance
