About the Role

The IAM Quality Analyst will be part of our team working on Identity & Access Management Continuous Improvements. This initiative aims to enhance and stabilize the existing SailPoint IdentityIQ environment, ensuring secure and efficient identity lifecycle management.

This effort seeks to improve data quality, reduce operational risks, and lay the foundation for automation and future scalability across our identity infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and executing test cases for SIT and UAT, for functional changes
  • Ensuring that products meet industry standards and user expectations
  • Liaising with different project teams
  • Providing updates at daily stand-ups and functional calls
  • Recording accurate test results in JIRA and capturing evidence
  • Staying up-to-date with industry knowledge and sharing learnings with colleagues

We require a candidate with:

  • 4+ years of experience in QA roles
  • 4+ years of experience in IT Security related projects, access controls, and Identity and Access Management
  • University Degree (Bachelors) in Computer Science, IT or a related field
Bonus Qualifications

While not essential, relevant certifications would be an added advantage.
