Accounting Specialist Role Overview

The primary objective of this accounting specialist role is to oversee daily financial transactions, ensure accuracy in recording and reporting, and provide expert guidance on financial compliance matters.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsibilities include managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and monthly closing procedures.
  • Ensure all financial data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date for timely decision-making purposes.
  • Implement effective internal controls to mitigate risks associated with financial mismanagement.
  • Collaborate with management to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies for enhanced financial performance.

Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting software applications.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory filings.
  • Real estate accounting experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional numerical and documentation skills.
