Job Description:
  • Customer Service
    • Greet and assist guests promptly and courteously, ensuring they have an exceptional dining experience.
    • Guide guests through menus, offering recommendations and answering questions to enhance their dining experience.
    • Address guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly to resolve issues.
  • Food and Beverage Operations
    • Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen or bar efficiently.
    • Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner to ensure seamless service.
    • Ensure table settings are clean, organized, and well-stocked before and during service.
    • Prepare simple beverages (e.g., coffee, tea) and assist bartenders when necessary.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work as a team with other F&B associates, kitchen staff, and management to provide seamless service and maintain high standards.
    • Participate in pre-shift meetings to discuss menu changes, guest preferences, or special instructions to stay informed.
  • Hygiene and Safety
    • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas, including dining areas, service stations, and storage rooms to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
    • Adhere to food safety regulations and company protocols to prevent any potential health risks.
    • Assist in regular inventory checks and replenishment of supplies to maintain optimal levels.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Process guest payments accurately using the POS system to ensure seamless transactions.
    • Assist with event setups, such as banquets or special dining arrangements, to provide exceptional service.
    • Provide feedback to management on guest preferences, complaints, or operational challenges to improve services.
    Requirements and Qualifications:
    • Education and Experience
      • Prior experience in F&B or hospitality roles is an advantage, but not required.
      • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
    • Skills and Abilities
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
      • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
      • Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
      • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
    • Physical Requirements
      • Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods without fatigue.
      • Capability to lift and carry trays or items weighing up to 25 lbs safely.
