Top Business Analyst Job Opportunity

Our team is looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join us. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of relevant experience and good communication skills, both verbal and written.
We are seeking someone who can work closely with internal and external business partners in building, implementing, tracking and improving decision strategies. The successful candidate will also be able to assess risk when business decisions are made and demonstrate particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
The responsibilities of this role include gathering operational data from various cross functional stakeholders to examine past business performance, identifying data patterns, trends and providing insights to enhance business decision making capability in business planning process improvement, solution assessment etc. The Business Analyst will also recommend actions for future developments, strategic business opportunities as well as enhancements to operational policies.
The ideal candidate will have a Masters degree preferred in Engineering, Technology, Statistics, Economics or similar quantitative disciplines. This role is full time and requires the ability to work with cross-functional partners and team members.
