Job Title: WebSphere Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced WebSphere Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for the installation, implementation, upgrading, performance tuning, security patching, and monitoring of our WebSphere environments.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of WebSphere Application Server Clustering for High Availability and will be able to develop detailed plans for maximizing system availability and uptime. You will also be responsible for tracking, trending, analysis, and tuning of the WebSphere environments to ensure optimal performance.

In addition to your technical skills, you will have excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Installation, Implementation, Upgrading, Performance Tuning, Security Patching, and Monitoring of WebSphere Environments
  • WebSphere Application Server Clustering for High Availability
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving
  • Excellent Communication and Teamwork Skills
