Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Financial Management Professional to join our team. As an Account Officer, you will be responsible for managing various financial tasks and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Vendor Bill Processing: Ensure timely payment to vendors by processing invoices and bills.
  • Vendor Statement Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Bank Entries and Reconciliation: Enter bank transactions and reconcile accounts to prevent discrepancies.
  • Credit Card Entries and Reconciliation: Process credit card transactions and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Payroll Processing and Payroll Entries: Manage payroll processes, including data entry and reconciliations.
  • Preparation of Customer Invoices and Mailing: Prepare and mail customer invoices in a timely manner.
  • Accounts Receivable (AR) and Revenue Reconciliation: Reconcile AR accounts and revenue streams to ensure accuracy.
  • Updating Document Checklist, Document Library and Client Reports: Maintain up-to-date documentation and client reports.
  • Sales Tax Calculation and Filing: Calculate and file sales tax returns as required.
  • Payroll Reconciliation: Reconcile payroll transactions to ensure accuracy.
  • Accruals, Prepayments, Deferred Revenue, Depreciation and Month-end Adjustments: Manage accruals, prepayments, deferred revenue, depreciation, and month-end adjustments.
  • Internal Communication for Routine Queries and Questions: Respond to internal queries and questions in a timely manner.
  • Review and Preparation of Financial Statements: Review and prepare financial statements for management review.

Please note that KPO experience is mandatory for this role. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
