We're seeking a skilled interior design professional to bring our luxury furniture and home décor vision to life. As a key member of our creative team, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through expert design consultations and personalized product recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement & Consultation:
    • Welcoming high-net-worth individuals at our flagship showroom and providing a premium shopping experience
    • Understanding clients' space requirements, lifestyle needs, and aesthetic preferences
    • Guiding customers through the showroom, explaining material choices and design philosophies
  • Design Input & Pre-Sales Support:
    • Providing professional design inputs based on clients' space requirements and lifestyle needs
    • Curating personalized product selections and suggesting suitable combinations of furniture, lighting, and décor
    • Assisting clients in visualizing products in their space using mood boards or digital tools
  • Quotation & Sales Coordination:
    • Preparing detailed quotes and pricing estimates based on client selections
    • Collaborating with the sales and operations team to ensure timely follow-ups and order processing
    • Maintaining a database of potential clients and proactively reaching out to schedule showroom visits
  • Relationship Building & Lead Generation:
    • Engaging with interior designers, architects, and homebuyers to foster strong relationships and generate leads
    • Conducting regular follow-ups via calls, emails, or showroom visits to convert potential clients into customers
    • Participating in design events, workshops, and exhibitions to showcase our luxury offerings
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field
  • Experience: 3-8 years of experience in interior design, furniture sales, or luxury retail (freshers with strong design skills may apply)
  • Strong understanding of furniture, home décor, lighting, and space planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach
  • Basic proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or 3D visualization tools (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Ability to prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations
  • Passion for luxury furniture, home styling, and customer experience
  • Willingness to travel to the store location on a daily basis
