Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trademark Analyst to support our team in guiding clients through the trademark application process.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in drafting and managing email communications with clients regarding trademark applications, updates, and inquiries.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client correspondence and document communications in our case management system.
  • Collaborating with team members to assist in the preparation and submission of trademark applications.
  • Conducting preliminary trademark searches and compiling results for review by senior team members.
  • Working closely with trademark attorneys and other team members to support client needs and project timelines.
  • Helping to track pending inquiries and ensuring timely follow-up to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Performing general administrative tasks as needed to support the Trademark team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A B.A, BBA, B.Com, or B.Sc degree.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
