About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Graphics and Motion Designer to excel in a creative environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
Key Responsibilities:
- Study design briefs and understand requirements in consultation with digital teams.
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
- Understand brand guidelines and develop illustrations and other designs units as required.
- Collaborate with copywriters and creative directors to produce final designs.
- Ensure final graphics are compliant with digital platforms.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role (preferably from a digital agency background).
- Proven graphic designing and motion graphics experience.
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, CorelDraw, Photoshop).
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience of working with a digital marketing agency.
- Prior experience of digital media creative is a must.
- Exposure to working with motion graphics/videos would be an advantage.
