Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned UI & Graphic Designer to spearhead our visual content strategy.

As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually stunning designs that captivate our target audience.

  • Develop and manage an array of visual assets, including advertisements, images, GIFs, videos, sales pages, brochures, packaging, and other marketing materials that align with our brand identity and drive customer engagement across social media and eCommerce platforms.
  • Oversee the design and user experience of our eCommerce platform, ensuring it reflects our brand's aesthetic and meets our marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to gain insights into target audiences, campaign goals, and messaging strategies, while conducting research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform and optimize design decisions.
  • Lead projects from inception to completion, managing multiple deadlines and providing creative direction to junior designers or external vendors as needed, while contributing innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions.
  • Stay abreast of emerging design tools, technologies, and best practices, delivering high-quality collateral quickly and efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, with strong proficiency in English to translate copy into design.
  • At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, backed by a portfolio showcasing social media ads and digital marketing assets.
  • Expertise in design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant software.
  • Data-driven approach, with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize designs to improve ad performance and CTR.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects, articulating concepts, and collaborating with teams in fast-paced environments.
