Admissions and Outreach Manager

Job Summary:
Bennett University seeks an experienced Admissions and Outreach Manager to lead enrolment efforts for UG and PG programmes in the Indore region. The successful candidate will develop and execute a recruitment strategy, build relationships with schools and colleges, and ensure efficient management of the admissions process.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop a recruitment strategy for UG and PG enrolments in the Indore region.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and coaching institutes for UG and PG outreach.
- Develop initiatives to engage with potential applicants and build a pipeline of candidates.
Outreach Activities:
- Organize and lead outreach programs, including seminars, campus tours, webinars, and education fairs in Indore.
- Represent Bennett University at events, workshops, and educational exhibitions targeting UG and PG prospects.
- Collaborate with local educational organizations and industry experts to enhance the university's visibility.
Lead Management and Counselling:
- Efficiently manage inquiries and leads generated from outreach efforts.
- Counsel students and parents about the UG and PG programmes, application processes, and scholarship opportunities.
- Monitor and track leads through CRM, ensuring proper follow-up and conversion.
Admissions Process Coordination:
- Oversee the entire admission process for UG and PG applications, ensuring accurate and timely review of applications.
- Work with academic departments to align admissions strategies and criteria with program objectives.
- Organize and participate in selection events, including interviews and assessments for prospective students.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare reports on enrolment targets, conversion rates, and outreach effectiveness for senior management.
- Use data to adjust strategies and improve outreach performance in the region.
Key Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in admissions, outreach, or education marketing, ideally focused on UG and PG enrolments.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present effectively to diverse audiences.
Desirable Skills:
- Proficiency in CRM and digital marketing tools.
