A career opportunity for a highly skilled Commissioning Manager has arisen within our organisation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing commissioning activities, including testing and validation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.

The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of commissioning activities, conducting quality assurance and control checks, and performing final walk-throughs and functional testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Testing and Commissioning (CxA) of MEP systems in data centre projects.
  • Coordinate, monitor, and ensure seamless execution of commissioning activities.
  • Conduct FWT/FAT inspections, ensuring quality material delivery and adherence to approved engineering drawings and TDS.
  • Perform QA/QC checks and assist in energization, SOO, and IST as per approved scripts and procedures.
  • Utilize digital tools such as ACC, COMPASS, Nexus, Cx Alloy for tracking and maintaining visibility to stakeholders.
  • Manage closing of observations from stakeholders and IRLs for smooth commissioning of data centres.
  • Develop systems and procedures to optimize efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish a customer-centric approach to enhance loyalty and retention.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Experience: Minimum 10-12 years
  • Qualification: BE Electrical / Mechanical
  • Strong experience in MEP Testing and Commissioning for data centres.
  • Proven knowledge of quality checks, coordination, and monitoring.
  • Hands-on experience with CxA and digital commissioning tools.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in Data Centre projects is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills for coordination with clients and internal teams.
