Job Title:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee testing strategies and ensure product quality.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, enhance user experience, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and scripts
  • Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies in software and applications
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to understand requirements and validate functionality
  • Conduct thorough usability and regression testing across web, mobile, and desktop platforms
  • Maintain detailed documentation including test plans, test cases, and defect reports
  • Participate in design reviews to assess functional requirements and identify risks
  • Use test management tools and methodologies to ensure full coverage
  • Provide actionable feedback and communicate testing results to stakeholders
  • Support developers in defect resolution and perform retesting
  • Contribute to process enhancements and quality improvement initiatives
  • Monitor user feedback post-launch to identify quality trends and issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist, QA Tester, or in a similar QA role
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies and software development lifecycle
  • Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes
  • Experience in automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • ISTQB, CSTE, or other relevant certifications are a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
