Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products by designing and executing test cases, identifying discrepancies, and communicating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support initiatives related to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and product rollout into production
  • Conduct moderately complex process monitoring, product evaluation, and audit assignments
  • Ensure project standards and procedures exist, are fully documented, and followed throughout the software development life cycle
  • Monitor products for conformance to standards and processes for conformance to procedures
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years Quality Assurance (QA) experience in the Financial Services industry
  • Experience in requirement reviews, able to identify, communicate, and document discrepancies
  • Understanding of QA within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies
  • Demonstrated logical analysis skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
