Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Linux and Azure professional to join our team.

  • Linux Administrator with expertise in SUSE servers and experience with IBM, DELL, Lenovo Fujitsu, and HP HANA appliance servers.
  • Experience in managing virtual machines configured in ESX environments and providing level 3 support to customers.
  • Knowledge of DNS, NFS, Samba, FTP, LDAP, NTP, Email services, SAN or NAS environment, RAID, LVM, and cluster management.
  • Good understanding of Networking concepts like TCP/IP, DHCP, IP Routing, and Name Resolution.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing and maintaining SUSE servers.
  • Configuring and managing EC2 instances using VPCs.
  • Providing architectural guidance for Azure solutions.
  • Designing application and deployment architecture from on-premise to cloud.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Thorough knowledge of Cloud Computing and various deployment methodologies.
  • Ability to design application and deployment architecture from on-premise to cloud.
  • Hands-on experience with NSG & NACL, Firewall management.
  • Experience with EBS, EFS, VPC, Elastic Beanstalk, SNS, Cloud watch, S3, EC2, Auto scaling, CloudFront, ELB.
Skills

Desirable skills include:

  • Cloud (AWS Or Azure Or Both) skills.
  • Knowledge in configuration management systems such as Chef, Puppet, Ansible.
  • Experience analyzing, troubleshooting, and providing solutions for technical issues.
  • OS Concepts on Security, Backup and recovery strategies, performance tuning, LDAP, high availability and disaster recovery concepts, Monitoring etc.
