Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits Functional Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to work on cloud implementation and support projects in Core HR and Benefits modules. As a functional consultant, you will be responsible for requirement gathering, configurations, CRPs, end-user training, and liaison.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation as a functional consultant and should have worked on at least two end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations on Oracle Cloud Core HR and Benefits modules. Knowledge of other Oracle Cloud modules is a value add.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 4-6 years of Oracle Cloud HCM experience in functional roles and overall 8+ years of experience.

• Strong expertise in working with clients to define rules, experience dealing with Fast Formulas, and various integrations, data loading etc.

• Extensive experience in business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design.

• Ability to conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions in Fusion applications.

• Effective analytical skills & organizational skills.

• Good command over spoken & written English.

• Effectively manages scope and customer expectations on individual assignments.

• Follows through on all assignments and takes ownership of customer issues.
