Job Title: Financial Reporting Manager

  • Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and finalize standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.

- Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS)/International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) reporting requirements and statutory guidelines.

- Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packs for management and regulatory purposes.

- Coordinate with auditors for timely audits and compliance.

- Support regulatory filings and compliance reporting.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy of financial data.

- Drive process improvements, internal controls, and automation for increased efficiency.

- Utilize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (SAP/Oracle preferred) for data extraction and reporting.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Technical Knowledge: Profound knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting frameworks.

  • ERP Platforms: Proficiency in ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Office.

  • Analytical & Presentation Skills: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills for seamless collaboration.

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to meet stringent reporting timelines.

Candidate Profile:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) with 5 years of post-qualification experience in financial reporting.

- Background in corporate reporting, compliance, and audit coordination.

- Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced corporate environment.
