Collection Specialist

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire collection process from start to finish, including communicating with clients, analyzing accounts, and making payment arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, collections, and payments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the collection process.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Higher Secondary (12th Pass) qualification
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional education or certifications in finance or business administration
• Experience working with diverse client bases, including individuals and businesses
