We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee the entire accounts payable and receivable functions for our dynamic company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Payable Management:
    • Oversee the entire accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payment authorization, and vendor management.
    • Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and credits to ensure seamless cash flow and minimize bad debt expenses.
    • Develop and implement efficient processes to improve AP efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Accounts Receivable Management:
    • Oversee the entire accounts receivable process, including invoicing, credit control, and collections.
    • Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and credits to ensure seamless cash flow and minimize bad debt expenses.
    • Develop and implement efficient processes to improve AR efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in financial management in a fast-paced industry.
  • Proven track record of improving financial efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in accounting software and systems.
