Seeking an experienced financial analyst to join our team as a Records to Report Team Member.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of various sectors to identify key variables affecting systematic control and logging of financial transactions.
  • Process journal entries, process financial accounting transactions into the general ledger, including collecting, recording, verifying and reconciling financial data, and performing Lease Accounting.
  • Maintain and update hierarchies in the general ledger and manage cost centers.
  • Record and control physical records and financial activities related to fixed assets for book and tax purposes.
  • Prepare financial and ad-hoc reports and analyses.
  • Monitor and track periodic revenue and expenses.
  • Monitor and track POs and invoices.
  • Post Bank statements daily.
  • Prepare and post Journal Entries including Accrual, Re-class, Adjustments, Payroll, and clearing entries according to timelines.
  • Perform Month End Close activities as per close calendar agreed with the Customer.
  • Bank reconciliation Statement.
  • Preparing Cash flow statement.
  • Balance sheet review and reconciliation.
  • Manage quarterly inter-company process and ensure variations are within threshold limits.
  • Process Addition/Disposal/Retirement requests received for fixed assets.
  • Prepare statutory analysis to support monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables.
  • Prepare Budgets and Forecasts as per Client Organization policies and provide variance analysis as per frequency.

Ideal candidate should have 4-8 years of relevant work experience, good understanding of MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and strong analytical skills. Additionally, they should be proficient in English and possess domain expertise in Record to Report Process, GL Accounting, Reconciliation, Fixed assets, Intercompany, Compliance & Control, Audit Support, Analytical thinking, Language requirement – English, Strong analytical skills, Communication skills, Result orientation, Good domain expertise, Good understanding of ERP will be a plus, GL Accounting, Reconciliation, Fixed assets, Intercompany, Compliance & Control, Audit Support, Analytical thinking, Language requirement – English, Strong analytical skills, Communication skills, Result orientation, Good domain expertise, Good understanding of ERP will be a plus, GL Accounting, Reconciliation, Fixed assets, Intercompany, Compliance & Control, Audit Support, Analytical thinking, Language requirement – English, Strong analytical skills, Communication skills, Result orientation, Good domain expertise, Good understanding of ERP will be a plus, GL Accounting, Reconciliation, Fixed assets, Intercompany, Compliance & Control, Audit Support, Analytical thinking, Language requirement – English, Strong analytical skills, Communication skills, Result orientation, Good domain expertise, Good understanding of ERP will be a plus.
