Key Responsibilities:

  • Hierarchical scan insertion and SSN-based ATPG flow
  • MBIST integration & verification at RTL level
  • LBIST RTL integration, verification, and GLS enablement
  • Implementation & verification of IEEE JTAG, IJTAG
  • Post-silicon debug for DFT patterns
  • Closely collaborate with RTL, PD, and Verification teams
